CONTRIBUTOR CITIZEN 2026 | Petra Sintorn is Head of Unit at Botkyrka Municipality, responsible for citizen services, and a doctoral researcher at the Executive Doctoral School for Public Sector Digital Transformation – an initiative by the Swedish Centre for Digital Innovation focused on strengthening digitalisation in the public sector.
