This Privacy Statement describes how Innocode collects and uses personal information in its business.

1. Data treatment manager

Innocode represented by the General manager is the administrator of Innocode’s processing of personal data.

2. Privacy Policy

The General manager is thus the link between Innocode as the data treatment manager and the Data Inspectorate as the supervisory authority.

The general manager also answers questions from persons who may / may have their personal information processed by Innocode. Contact information to General manager is at the end of this document.

3. Internet-based processing of personal data

— General about the data treatment

Innocode collects and processes personal information limited to e-mail addresses for newsletters via its web pages.

It is optional to enter the e-mail address when visiting the website. The processing of personal information in connection with the services we offer, such as signing up for newsletters and any event, is based on the consent of the user.

It is only Innocode that has access to the information.

— Net statistics

When you visit the website of Innocode, your IP address can be registered. The information is processed in an unidentified form so that they cannot be linked to individuals. The purpose of this collection is to develop statistics that we use to develop and improve information on the pages. The statistics are used to get information about the number of people visiting the various pages, how long the visit lasts, which site user is from, and which browser is being used.

— Web analytics and cookies

Innocode can use the Google Analytics and Web Trends analytics tool on the main page, innocode.com. By closing the message box that may appear on the web site, you consent to our use of cookies and you agree that Google Analytics and Webtrends privacy policies apply to this processing.

Google Analytics is set up so that the IP addresses are only processed in anonymized form. The Webtrends Analysis Tool uses a third party cookie (ACOOKIE) to track and analyze traffic across the domain.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you download a webpage. Innocode can use such cookies to generate statistics and web analytics to facilitate the best functionality and user experience on the website.

Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. If you do not agree that cookies are being used, you must change the settings in your browser. Disabling cookies may result in the functionality of the site being limited.

— Enrollments

When registering for any event, only name and contact information to the person who registers will be registered, and the purpose of the processing is to manage enrollment and participation. The information will be deleted after the event has ended.

— Surveys / data collection

Innocode sometimes conducts surveys and other data collection from our customers. Participation in such surveys is voluntary and is based on the consent of the person (s) involved. In order to send electronic requests to the right recipient, we need to save your name and email address. This information will be deleted when the survey is completed and completed.

— Newsletter

You can subscribe to online newsletters from Innocode. In order to send e-mail to the correct recipient we must save your name and e-mail address. This information is stored in a separate database. We do not share the information with others and delete them when you quit your subscription. We use the information only to manage the mailing of newsletters. You must sign up, either via the website or a link in the newsletter, to cancel your subscription. You may also contact the General manager.

4. Personal Information

Innocode treats personal information about its employees for managing salary and personnel responsibility in accordance with section 8, first paragraph, and section 8, letters a, b or f and section 9, letters a, b and f.

Innocode records information necessary for payment of payroll, such as basic data, salary level, time registration, tax rate and tax municipality. Other information about employees is attached to the employee’s work instruction and the organization of work.

5. Client Information

Innocode processes personal information about its clients to manage invoices, client agreements, deliveries, supports, and other things that are necessary to manage the client relationship.

Innocode registers the information needed to prepare accounts and other reports, such as sales, time registration and service purchases.

6. Rights

Individuals who are registered with Innocode’s systems are entitled to access their own information. If personal information is incorrect or incomplete or Innocode processes information that it is not allowed to process, the registered person has the right to require such information to be corrected, deleted or supplemented. Such requests will be answered free of charge and no later than 10 days.
