Community
Invite local associations, sports clubs, cultural organisations, and municipal units to publish their own content. Innocode Community turns your digital platform into a vibrant meeting place for the entire local community.

What is Community?
Community gathers content from the local community and allows associations and organisations to publish their own material.
It’s a support tool for the Citizen App, but can also be used by municipalities that don’t use the app — to collect community content in one place online.
Why choose Community?
For municipalities
- Reduce administration. Associations and organisations publish on their own – you keep control.
- An alternative to Facebook. Enable local organisations to publish independently of social media.
- Richer content. Get more local updates without extra work.
Strengthen collaboration. Give local actors a direct channel to residents.
For associations and organisations
- Own publishing channel. Share news and updates directly.
- Reach more residents. Use the municipality’s platform and reach.
- Simple self-service. Publish anytime without contacting the municipality.
- Visibility in the app. Your content appears both on the web and in the Citizen App.
For residents
- Everything in one place. Follow all local associations and organisations in one feed.
- Up-to-date content. Get updates directly from the source.
- Personalised. Choose which organisations you want to follow.
- Push notifications. Receive alerts from the Citizen App when your favourite organisations publish new content.
How it works
1. Invite content providers
The municipality invites associations, sports clubs, cultural actors, and municipal units to become content providers.
It’s also possible to register independently and, after municipal approval, become a content provider.
2. Simple self-service
Each provider gets access to an easy-to-use interface where they can:
- Publish news and updates
- Upload images and documents
- Edit or remove their own content
3. The municipality stays in control
You decide:
- Who can become content providers
- Whether content should be published directly or require approval first
- How the content is displayed on the web and in the app
- Which categories and tags are available
4. Automatic distribution
The content is automatically published:
- On a web version where each organisation has its own subpage
- In the Citizen App
