Werner Olsen - Head of Smart City at Innocode. Werner has over 16 years of diverse industry experience and for the last 5 years focused on how to utilize technology and data insights in their complexity to be understandable, useful, and efficient.
He has broad experience with the development, implementation, and deployment of products/services within large organizations. Werner, along with the entire Innocode team, is dedicated to exploring how technology can address sustainability challenges.

Bjarte Falck Olsen - CEO at Innocode. As a digital strategist with a decade of experience in planning and executing digital communication and solutions, Bjarte now leads Innocode with a sharp focus on citizen engagement, digital innovation, and sustainability.

Nina Kringlen - Head of Innocode Innovation Partner. As head of Innocode Innovation Partner, Nina works closely with the start-up scene in Scandinavia. Specializing in supporting and scaling businesses that focus on sustainability, both ecological and social. Nina is also team lead for our Innovation project with Helsingborg stad - "AntiLoop – a climate tool for children and youth"
Morten Holst - partner & head of Innovation. Morten has been involved in digital media strategy and business development since before the dot-com era, working as an early frontrunner on mobile, web-TV, premium content and digital storytelling.
Fifteen years of experience heading up digital strategy at TV 2 (Norway’s #1 commercial broadcaster), VG (Norway’s #1 newspaper), and Vizrt (digital graphics) has provided him with unique opportunities to work with the most talented people in the Scandinavian media industry. Now he uses all these superpowers to bring the mindset of media, into the Smart city arena.
