How to Contact Our Support Effectively:
Innocode Products (Superlocal, Calendar, and Community):
All support requests related to our licensed products should go through the Support Chat – click the chat icon in the bottom right corner inside Superlocal or in the Control Panel for Calendar and Community.
Tips:
- Please submit your request in English for the fastest possible response
- Include a screenshot or link that illustrates the issue
- If the issue concerns a specific user/customer, provide their name, username, or ID, and preferably a link to the connected social media account where content has been imported
