The app also includes a local events calendar, real-time data visualisation, and a distributed push notification tool that allows different departments to reach specific resident segments directly.

A key focus for Halsnæs is crisis and emergency communication. The app supports offline emergency content, ensuring that residents can access critical information even when connectivity is limited — a growing priority for municipalities across the Nordics.

The integration of Halsnæs's existing "Tip Halsnæs" service into the app means residents get a familiar touchpoint within a new, municipality-owned channel.
